Getting Started

Step One

There is no need to read all the information here, but please familiarise yourself with:

Step Two

Complete the Introductory Form. It will be securely encrypted.

Step Three

Visit the PayPal page and purchase a single session, to start with. Remember, we will be checking out if we feel that working together will be fruitful.

Don’t forget to check the waiting list.

Step Four

You will receive an email from me directly after I have read your Introductory Form. This should be within 2 business days of you sending it. I will send you an individual email address for you, and only you, to use to contact me. If there is a waiting list I will advise you of when we are likely to begin, and if not we may begin work right away.

Terms of Service

1. You agree that you have familarised yourself with the information about my service which I provide in sections Practicalities of Online Counselling (with particular attention to How It Works, Fees, and Internet Security) and that you are able and willing to work within these parameters.
2. You agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
3. You agree to supply accurate information only on the Introductory Form. You agree not to intentionally leave out any significant information.
4. You agree that our initial emails will give both of us, counsellor and client, an opportunity to evaluate whether we believe that we can work together effectively. You agree that either of us may discontinue the counselling relationship at any time.
5. You agree that the counselling or therapy services of Sarah Luczaj will be understood to take place in Poland, where Sarah Luczaj is resident, and that the provision of these services and all our work together will be governed by the laws of Poland. However as Sarah Luczaj is a British citizen and the professional body, the BACP, to whose ethical framework she adheres is British, Sarah Luczaj is also bound by British law, specifically where it concerns that ethical framework.
6. You agree that Sarah Luczaj does not provide a 24-hour emergency service. You agree to be responsible for finding appropriate services of help in your local area if emergency assistance should become necessary.
7. You agree to accept all responsibility for the maintenance of your own computer and internet service, and particularly to ensure that you are able to receive emails from Sarah Luczaj and make and receive payments. You agree that Sarah Luczaj is not qualified to, and will not, provide any computer support or internet service support.
8. You agree that Sarah Luczaj is in no way qualified to provide and will not provide medical advice.
9. You agree that no guarantee has been given or implied as to the effectiveness of the counselling service provided by Sarah Luczaj.
